Established in 1980, and becoming Nancy Taylor Farel and Associates in 1988,
Nancy specializes in color and style consulting.
A
Montana native, she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine Arts
from Colorado University. Nancy has developed an education
curriculum and trained others, nationally and internationally, to be
personal color consultants. She has served as mentor to degree
candidates in the fashion field.
In 1980 Nancy was
certified as a personal color analyst. In 1988 she was examined and
accepted as a member of the Association of Image Consultants, Houston
chapter. She joined Fashion Group International, Inc., Denver
Region, as an Executive Member in 1993, serving as Regional Director in
1999.
In addition to individualized, personal color
analysis, Nancy regularly conducts Make It Work seminars.
Wardrobe planning and management, personal shopping, as well as closet
analysis and organization, are scheduled individual services. Her
wardrobe work with individual clients features a roll call of some of
Colorado's most distinguished and visible residents. Her
comprehensive figure analysis system provides lifelong style guidelines
specific to the client.
Nancy develops, markets and
teaches a wide variety of additional in-depth personal and professional
enhancement programs. Corporations, large and small, book her
culture-specific workshops for employee self-awareness and wardrobe
appropriateness. Additionally, she designs and implements special
events such as fashion shows.
